<sub>i. turnaround time is 3 days to 4 weeks!
(i may take additional time in the case of my personal circumstances and queue length.)

ii. please allow 1 - 2 weeks for a decision on commission requests!
(for a proper proposal, all commission requests will be delayed for an answer as i gather references and provide a rough sketch for the commitment!)

iii. i reserve the rights to decline a commission for any reason as well as a creative license for custom artwork!
(i will decline without notice, at my own discretion, as well as exercise creativity with every detail not otherwise specified upfront.)

iv. commercial and monetization fees apply!
(all custom artwork is produced for personal use only; otherwise, the commercial fee is $300 & monetization fee is $150.)

v. privacy fees apply!
(all custom artwork is used for demonstrational/promotional means; otherwise, the nda fee is $50.)

vi. no changes will be made past the flat color stage!
(i do not do changes past coloring! please be upfront about all changes in the rough sketch stage.)

vii. payment > rough sketch > flat color > render
(this is my commission process for custom requests!)

viii. i require full payment to continue a request!
(please have payment beforehand! i also accept payment plans.)

ix. i do not do refunds.
(all transactions are final so please be aware of the financial risk beforehand.)

x. payment plans available.
(i can take payments in 2 or 4 installments if the proposed total amount exceeds $200.)</sub>
